Returns/Refund Policy

We hope that you love all purchases from KiHK! However, we understand that there are sometimes circumstances that require a return. We are able to accept a return and issue a refund if a situation meets the following criteria:

• KiHK receives the item back within 15 days of customer receiving their order 
• The item is in perfect condition (no signs of wear, stains, scents, etc) (unless the item was delivered to you damaged, in this case email us an image and your situation)
• Packing slip is included with return
• To start a return, please email admin@shopkihk.com and we will begin the process!

Please note, any items listed "sale" are final sale and cannot be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
