Shipping Info

Currently, all KiHK orders are shipped using UPS Ground delivery method!

Please allow 2 business days for KiHK to process your order. After your order is processed, you should receive your purchase within 2-7 business days (the speed at which you receive your delivery depends on how close you reside to our warehouse in Tennessee.)

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped to through UPS. 

We currently only ship to United States locations and not internationally.

KiHK is not responsible for any lost items in transit or stolen packages. Please file a claim with UPS if you are dealing with this issue, and email us at admin@shopkihk.com with any questions! UPS 1-800-742-5877

Always double check your shipping address to ensure delivery and no extra shipping costs!

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen/lost packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package as it is out of hands!

Once we process your order and your shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number at the email you provided when you made your purchase.
